PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent theft effectively by using an electron key and a sensor for detecting inclination from a set position to a normal position of a vehicle. SOLUTION: When an electron key is pulled out of a socket, an anti burglar device is actuated and first that there is not an input of a drive restraining signal (a signal representing that the electron key is set) from a safe circuit is determined (S101). Then, whether a theft signal is entered from a theft detecting circuit or not is determined (S102). When a handle is turned from a set position to a normal position in order that a third person is to stole a packing vehicle, an inclination angle sensor turns ON and a theft signal is provided from a theft detecting circuit to a control circuit. A horn is turned ON to sound by this theft signal (S103) and also power source supply to an ignition circuit is shut out to turn the ignition circuit ON (S104). Thereby, starting of the engine is impossible. |
