PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a coating film which can give a clay finishing in quality and appearance and can improve water and weathering resistances by mixing a synthetic resin emulsion with specified hollow and/or porous powders, a natural stone and a colored aggregate. SOLUTION: 100 pts.wt. (in terms of the solid matter) synthetic resin emulsion obtained by emulsion-polymerizing a monomer having a polymerizable double bond is mixed with 10-200 pts.wt. hollow and/or porous powders each having a mean particle diameter of 10-500μm and a bulk density of 0.2-0.5g/cm<3> , 100-400 pts.wt. at least one natural stone selected among natural stones, ground natural stones and foams of ground natural stones each of which has a mean particle diameter of 0.1-10mm, 25-300 pts.wt. colored aggregate having a mean particle diameter of 0.01-5mm, and optionally 0.5-5 pts.wt. polyamidepolyamine epichlorohydrin resin.
