PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a coating film having sufficient slide-preventing function by forming a coating layer on a material to be coated using a power coating material containing a binder resin laminating and applying a slide-preventing agent on the coating layer and baking, thereafter. SOLUTION: In the case of giving slide-preventing function by the coating of the powder coating material, the coating layer is formed using the powder coating material containing at least the binder resin and is baked after the slide-preventing agent is laminated and applied on the coating layer before baking. At this time, a polyester resin, an epoxy resin, an acrylic resin, a phenol resin or the like is used as the binder resin. And the volume average particle diameter of the powder coating material is preferably 5-20μm because of the coating layer on the material to be coated is formed thin. Further, as the slide- preventing agent, a silicon carbide fine powder is preferably used and at the time of laminating and applying the silicon carbide fine powder on the coating layer, an electrostatic powder coating machine capable of giving negative charge to the silicon carbide fine powder is preferably used.
