PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent decreasing of condensation recovery performance of an exhaust gas condensation heat exchanger according to plant operation, by providing a wash means for washing a heat transfer pipe outside of the heat exchanger in the inside of the exhaust gas condensation heat exchanger. SOLUTION: In a phosphoric acid fuel cell, an exhaust gas condensation heat exchanger 8 is set up, which is for collecting possession heat and water from exhaust gas mixing combustion exhaust gas discharged from a fuel electrode and exhaust air discharged from an air electrode. The following constitution is provided: This exhaust gas condensation heat exchanger 8 comprises a phosphoric acid condensation heat exchanger part 8a provided in a side of an exhaust gas inlet 11 to condense phosphoric acid contained in exhaust gas and a water collection heat exchanger part 8b provided in the downstream of this part 8a to condense water contained in exhaust gas. A wash means 10 washing the phosphoric acid condensation heat exchanger part 8a is provided in an exhaust gas inlet side. In the wash means 10, a flow control means 16 for controlling a flow amount of washing fluid is provided. |
