TOUCH PANEL DEVICE AND ITS FITTING STRUCTURE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a touch panel device simplified in lead wire processing, improved in operability and appearance, and having an excellent serviceableness. SOLUTION: Standardized lead wire processing can be simply executed by inserting lead wires 6 for transmitting/receiving elements 3a to 3d into a holding part 4 of which cross section is like a U shape and then shaping the wires 6, and since a ring-like spacer 7 having proper thickness and elasticity is arranged around the whole outer periphery of a display screen, an interval between a CRT 2 and a touch panel 3 can be properly secured and the intrusion of dust or the like from the external can be prevented.
