METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR LABELLING PATIENT HAVING DANGER TO BE DIAGNOSED AS DEPRESSION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To apply a computer execution method including the data base processing to identify the dangerousness existing in a claim data base. SOLUTION: The patient information stored in a claim data base is processed and the claim information is detected and extracted. Then a series of events related to the depression are defined based on the extracted claim information. This extracted information and a series of information are processed for generation of the event level information. A time window is decided to offer a time frame that judges whether the events should be taken into consideration for the subsequent processes. At the same time, a variable is decided as a potential predictor of the result that injures the health. Then the event level information is processed by means of the time window and a series of variables for production of an analysis file. A statistical analysis is applied to the analysis file, and a prediction model is produced as a partial set function of a series of variables. Then a patient who has danger to be diagnosed as the depression is outputted.
