摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent connectors of the socket and plug coupled together by plugging in from being unlocked by the vibration of a pole due to external forces such as wind or by the lowering of a lamp holding frame due to the elongation of the wire of a manually operated winch, in a pole lighting system having the connectors of the socket and plug types connected respectively to a current feeder cord extended along the pole and to a current receiving cord joined to the lamp of the lamp holding frame that can be raised and lowered via the manually operated winch. SOLUTION: A plug connector 21 is provided with a movable plug 22 which can move back and froth while being normally energized via forward-energizing springs 26 so that to takes the most advanced position, and which has on one side an elastic contact piece 27 that produces the resistance to insertion which can compress and deform the forward-energizing spring 26 when the connector 21 is inserted into a socket connector 12. Inside a pole 11 to which the lower end of the base 32 of a lamp holding frame 31 is opposed when the lamp holding frame 31 is raised to its upper limit, a pinion which is rotated via a handle installed near a manually operated winch and a traversing locking which is engaged with the pinion and whose end projects out of the pole 11 in such a way that is can be locked to the lower end of the base 32 of the lamp holding frame 31 are provided.
