Method of making reinforced concrete panels

The method involves placing a pressure over all the upper surface of a mass of concrete, between the lateral sides (3) of the mould (1) via a press drive (6). The mould is then vibrated along with the press during application of pressure. The press is then raised and the side surfaces to allow discharge of the cast from the mould. The moulded panel is then stored on the base of the mould for drying. The press can be formed by a panel (6) forming the upper face of the mould and driven by an actuator.
