摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measurement system for measuring a surface level of a liquid in which a liquid level of a real reflecting wave is distinguished from a liquid level of a false reflecting wave due to echo. SOLUTION: An ultrasonic transducer 13 is provided to a lower end of a steel well 12 in the ultrasonic wave fuel measurement system and a group of reflecting plates 14-22 is fitted over the entire length of the steel well at an interval. The height of the 2nd reflecting plate 15 above the transducer 13 is selected to be a height lower than twice the height of the 1st reflecting plate 14. Each height of the group of the reflecting plates 14-22 is not selected to be a height of a simple multiple of a height of a reflecting plate at a lower height. Through the constitution above, since there is no reflecting wave by a reflecting plate between a reflecting wave of an actual liquid surface and a false reflecting wave due to echo, even when an actual liquid level is close to the height of the 1st reflecting plate 14, the actual liquid level is distinguished from the false liquid level due to echo.
