PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an induction heating cooling plate light in the whole, hardly rickety, easily handleable, and capable of better cocking by an induction heating cooker. SOLUTION: Based on the fact that an eddy current flows in a housing portion 2 of a ceramic pan 1 by receiving a high frequency magnetic field of an induction heating cooler, a heating plate 6 made of a effectively heating material, i.e., made of stainless steel is detachably housed. An elastic piece 8 is securely fixed to two parts of a flange portion 7 of the heating plate 6 by means of spot welding, and a curved piece portion of that elastic pipe 8 is elastically brought into contact with an inner circumference portion 1b of the pan 1. When cooking such as beef steak is performed, the heating plate 6 is housed in the pan 1, in a situation of which these are placed on the induction heating cooler, the heating plate 6 itself is heated based on operating the induction heating cooker, and a material to be cooled which was placed on the heating plate 6 is cooked by that heat. |
