PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To equivalently compare picture data with each other by setting picture data in the case of a specific cell size as a reference value and using a conversion expression based on a regression line with the reference value as a target so as to correct picture data. SOLUTION: A display 19 operates as a picture monitor by using a cell and displays a window 21 and various picture information for processing a picture. In this case, by deciding a cell size, the picture is displayed in the window 21 by a specific scale factor. The regression line is obtained from picture data obtained under various cell sizes. Each picture data is converted based on the regression line by setting the specific cell size, namely reference picture data of a specific scale factor, as a target. Consequently, each picture data is equivalently converted to be corrected to a regulated value. As the result, the variation of a measured value due to a scale factor in one measuring system is satisfactorily corrected. |
