PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent noise generation in recording and reproducing signals caused by external light, by providing a nearly circular opening between a light separating means and an optical path bending means in optical elements. SOLUTION: The optical base 110 is equipped with a slide base part 111, optical system storage part 112, and fixing part 113. In the recessed part 112d of the storage part 112, a beam splitter 133 and a Wallaston prism 134 are inserted from the direction B and fixed; in a space formed between supporting parts 112f, 112g, a prism mirror 136 is inserted from the direction B and fixed. An opening part 112i is so provided as to open in the optical axis direction between the beam splitter 133 and a collimator lens 135, as between the recessed parts 112d, 112e. Then, opening forming parts 112ea, 112ib, 112ic serve as a light shielding wall. |
