PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow the user to change his destination or to conduct the inquiry of other person about his destination automatically through the dial operation from a telephone set at a remote place by providing an off-line operation section or the like to inform numeral information used to change a destination received in off-line to a control section. SOLUTION: A numeral recognition section 5 recognizes a reply numeral by dialing from a telephone set. A control section 3 informs voice control information to a voice control section 8 based on the output of the numeral recognition section 5 and informs a corresponding person name code to a destination display section 7. The voice control section 8 synthesizes the informed voice control information into a voice signal and outputs a replay message to a caller in voice. The destination display section 7 retrieves corresponding information from a storage section 9 based on the information person name code and displays the information onto a destination display device 11. A voice input section 10 converts voice information such as person name information, distination information, control information and numeral information into a voice signal. An off-line operation section 4 informs numeral information to change the destination received in off-line to the control section 3. |
