PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow the telephone set to stand itself through the adoption of a simple mechanism and to prevent an antenna characteristic from being deteriorated. SOLUTION: This portable telephone set is provided with an external interface cover (hereinafter called a cover) 3 to cover the entire bottom face of an external interface connector section placed at the bottom of the portable telephone set main body 2, and the cover 3 is led out forward (X direction) up to a preset position to erect the portable telephone set main body 2 itself, then the bottom face of the portable telephone set main body 2 is made wide and then the portable telephone set main body 2 is erected itself. |
