摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation image forming method of a silver halide photographic sensitive material having high sensitivity and high contrast and improved graininess and sharpness of images even at the time of ultra-rapid processing of <=35 seconds. SOLUTION: The thickness of the phosphor layer for the back side of sensitizing screens is 150 to 250μm, the thickness of the phosphor layer for the front side is >=30 to <=90% of the thickness of the phosphor layer for the back side in the radiation image forming method for executing photographing with the two radiation sensitizing screens. The gamma value when such silver halide photographic sensitive material is processed dry to dry for >=15 to <=35 seconds is >=3.3 to <=4.0. The silver halide photographic sensitive material of <=1.1g in the water absorption amt. just before drying per sheet of 10×12 inch size in the processing stage of the silver halide photographic sensitive material is used.
