PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the display device such as a sign pole in which the cost is reduced as compared to the intensity of impact given to a viewer. SOLUTION: The device is provided with a transparent cylinder case member 20 and a rotating cylinder 30 which is freely rotatable around its own longitudinal axis line inside the member 20. The cylinder 30 is formed of a transparent material and has a blue and white band pattern 32 and a red and white band pattern 36 in a spiral manner. Moreover, the device has a cylinder case member having a transparent section and the rotating cylinder which is freely rotatable around its own longitudinal axis line inside the case member. Discontinuous spiral patterns of blue, white and red are provided on the surface of the rotating cylinder so that blue, white and red block pattern elements are arranged in a horizontal direction (a vertical direction) deviated in a vertical direction (a horizontal direction). |
