<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately set up the validation rate of sample data following a touch input independently of user's habit of input operation and the influence of panel characteristics or the like with respect to a touch panel controller for electronic equipment. SOLUTION: When a pen input setting picture is displayed on a touch panel liquid crystal display part 2 and an icon 'hard' 31 is touched with a pen, a slider 33 is moved to the 'hard' side and displayed for each pen touch, an X sample error allowable value (XB) and a Y sample error allowable value (YB) are updated and set up in directions reducing respective allowable values and sampling accuracy is improved. When an icon 'soft' 32 is touched with the pen, the slider 33 is moved to the 'soft' side and displayed and both the allowable values (XB), (YB) are updated in respective directions increasing respective allowable values and set up and pen input is easily executed.</p> |
