PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a high power transmission efficiency even if both a power feeding member and a power fed member are flat planes and face each other. SOLUTION: An inducing coil 2 to which a power is applied is provided on a power feeding side member 1 and an induced coil 4 is provided on a power fed side member 3. By making the flat plane of the feeding side member 1 and the flat plane of the fed side member 3 face each other, the induced coil 4 which is positioned in the axial direction of the inducing coil 2 is placed in a magnetic field which is induced by the inducing coil 2. A rod-shaped core 5 is provided in the inducing coil 2. The existence of the rod-shaped core 5 facilitates the transmission of a large power.
