SOLUTION: Program service start is discriminated by interruption by new pattern decoding from a video data decoding section 7 and end of program service is discriminated by interruption due to detection of an end code added to the end of the program service by an input signal system processing section 5, and when a control software of a CPU 16 discriminates a fault in image reproduction during reproduction, the near video on demand service cannot conduct service termination processing until the user of a multimedia communication terminal equipment 1 makes a reproduction end request, after the state of the video service is discriminated, the service gives an instruction of display of urging reproduction stop on a monitor 10 to a display circuit 9. |
