PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make driving circuit compact and low in cost by varying an inductance value according to the ON/OFF state of a switch part. SOLUTION: (j) switches 31 are switched and (j) inductors 21-1 to 21-j connected to the respective switches are put together by parallel connection. Namely, when the value of the inductor 21-1 is denoted as L0 as the values of the inductors 21-2...21-j are denoted as L0 /2...(1-2<j-1> )L0 , the inductance values L obtained by the composition by the opening and closing of the switches 31 are L0 , L0 /2,...L0 /(2<j-1> ), and 0. Then resonance capacity C varies in the order of 0, CA0 , 2CA0 ...rCA0 ... nCA0 , so the inductance value L can be varied with arbitrary C by using minimum (j) inductors satisfying 2<j-1> >=n, where (j) is an integer, so that CL=CA0 L0 (=constant). For example, when n=480, (j)(=9) inductors are only used. |
