PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a stabilization of storing quality of food caused by mean temperature in a refrigerator, promotion of de-odoring action and fast cooling function simultaneously in an effective manner in the refrigerator provided with a blower fan for use in circulating indoor air into a forced ventilating cooling system type refrigerator chamber. SOLUTION: This refrigerator comprises an air circulation duct 27 arranged in a vertical direction at a deep central part in a refrigerator chamber 17; an air circulating blower fan 28 arranged at the lowest part in the duct; a rapid cooling zone 31 oppositely faced against its front surface; a de-odoring means 32 arranged at an upstream side in the duct, a cold air discharging duct 24 spaced apart at a specified interval with respect to the air circulating duct 27 in a vertical direction at both deep ends; a control means 48 for operating the air circulating blower fan 28 at the time of stopping the compressor 22 and for operating it for a specified period of time after opening or closing a door and for operating it at a high rotational speed for a specified period of time irrespective of operation or stopping of the compressor 22 at the time of rapid cooling; and a defrosting sensor means 42. |
