PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a small-sized, thin motor for crossing barriers, having a torque-limiting characteristic provided by current control, without using a clutch. SOLUTION: A drive circuit for a brushless motor 10 with a brake is composed of power transistors 1, a rotational signal logic 2, a rotational motor position detecting circuit 3, a rotational speed reduction detecting circuit 4, an interruption control circuit 5, a PWM control circuit 6, a current (torque) command 7, a current-detecting circuit 8, a motor overheat-detecting circuit 9, and a power source 13. And the output current signal of the power transistors 1 is detected by a current-detecting circuit 8 and is inputted to the PWM control circuit 6, along with the current (torque) command 7 through an adder/ subtractor. Driving pulses from the rotational signal logic 2 are controlled by causing PWM signals obtained to pass a logic circuit and motor driving currents, outputted by the power transistors 1, are on-off controlled and motor- driving currents corresponding to a current command signal are outputted from the power transistors 1. And a torque proportional to the above-mentioned motor driving currents is outputted from the above-mentioned brushless motor 10 for providing a torque-limiting characteristic. |
