PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent missing of transmission information by discriminating whether or not a reserved frame and a plurality of information frames are normally received based on a form of the frames and extending the reservation period in the unit of time slots when the discrimination indicates a false result. SOLUTION: A transmission means 13 sends a reserved frame and each information frame through a time slot. A re-transmission means 15 receives a reply of a master station 12 with respect to a frame sent precedingly and sends again a frame stored in a storage means 14 through a succeeding time slot with priority when the reply indicates reception not in normal. A reception means 16 conducts sequence control based on the number received with the reservation frame and the information frame to decode the transmission information. A put-off control means 17 discriminates whether or not the reserved frame and a plurality of the information frames are normally receives via a radio channel based on a form of each frame and puts off the reservation period when false in the unit of time slots and a reply means 18 sends the result of discrimination through the radio channel.
