<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cool a first rotor by arranging a second rotor inside the stator fixed to a housing, and arranging the first rotor coaxially inside the second rotor, and supplying the first rotor with a refrigerant. SOLUTION: A stator 1410 equivalent to a stator is fixed to a housing 1710, and the second rotor 1310 being the second rotor is arranged inside the stator 1410, and the first rotor 1210 being a first rotor is arranged coaxially inside the second rotor 1310. Then, in the case of supplying the first rotor 1210 with a refrigerant, it is arranged to flow in the groove 1750b of an oil housing 1750 inserted into a T-S converter and linked to a refrigerant introduction pipe 1752 and in the space section to the end face of a housing 1710 after being let in through this refrigerant introduction pipe 1752, and reach the circumferential groove 1213d of a shaft 1213.
