PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photopolymerizable compsn. having excellent adhesion property with a base body, sensitivity and developing property and to provide a photosensitive planographic printing plate which uses this compsn. SOLUTION: This photopolymerizable compsn. contains monomers A having ethylene-type unsatd. bonds which enable addition polymn., a photopolymn. initiator B, and a polymer binder C having carboxyl groups in the molecule. The monomers A contain a specified monomer of a phosphate compd. having at least one (meth)acryloyl group and/or a compd. expressed by formula. The binder C is a compd. prepared by the reaction of at least a part of carboxyl groups with an alicyclic unsatd. compd. containing epoxy groups. In formula, R<1> is a hydrogen atom or methyl group, X is an alkylene group having 1 to 6C which may have halogens as substituents, and m is an integer >2. |
