PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flat type nonaqueous electrolyte battery whose battery capacity is not reduced by preventing an insulating member of a plate group or a pressure sensitive adhesive of a pressure sensitive adhesive tape being a fixing member and a base material from substantially melting out into an electrolyte even in a condition of being soaked in the electrolyte over a long period of time. SOLUTION: In a pressure sensitive adhesive tape 6, a base material is mainly composed of polyimide or polyolefine, and a pressure sensitive adhesive is mainly composed of an acrylic pressure sensitive adhesive. Here, a nonaqueous electrolyte contains at least one kind among a propylene carbonate and an ethylene carbonate, and also contains at least two kinds among a dimethyle carbonate, a diethyl carbonate and a methyl ethyl carbonate. |
