PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply and surely connect and fix an electrode plate to a substrate without a joining process and parts. SOLUTION: An insertion piece 18b and a mounting hole 16 are formed in the connection part 12 of a substrate 8 and the end 18a of an electrode plate 18. A notch part 18c and a narrow width part are formed on the insertion piece 18b. A part which is formed to inside size fitted to the whole width of the insertion piece 18b exists, and when a direction is conformed to the part, the insertion piece 18b can be inserted. When the insertion piece 18b is inserted in the mounting hole 16 up to the narrow width part and rotated, the notch part 18c is engaged with the circumferential edge of the mounting hole 16 and fixed thereon. |
