<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a wait time when frame processes for a speech collide by performing a fragment process for fragmenting a frame of data during a data process and making the frame size of the data small. SOLUTION: A fragment process part 1d performs the fragment process for dividing the frame of data to a determined size and sends the data to a frame transmission process part 1h. An adjacent station retrieval part 1f specifies its adjacent station, generates an information frame regarding the specific station by a speech call connection/disconnection information frame generation part 1g, and requests the frame transmission process part 1h to send the information frame to the specific station. Then when a station in the communication route of the frame of the speech detects a speech being generated, that is reported to the station adjacent to the station and the station informed of that fragments the frame of data sent to the station where the frame of the speech passes and sends the data.</p> |
