<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily form a pattern with slight difference in level by using a laminated film consisting of polyester and polyolefin films as a substrate film and laminating a photosensitive resin layer on the polyolefin film. SOLUTION: When a colored photosensitive resin layer and a protective film are successively laminated on a substrate film to obtain a photosensitive film for a color filter, a laminated film consisting of polyester and polyolefin films is used as the substrate film and the photosensitive resin layer is laminated on the polyolefin film. The photosensitive resin layer is not especially limited if it is patternwise exposed with UV and can form a pattern by development with an aq. alkali soln., etc., but the layer preferably contains an org. high molecular compd. having carboxyl groups, a photopolymerizable compd. having an ethylenic unsatd. group, a photopolymn. initiator and a pigment.</p> |
