PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically give new and abundant expression to an electronic image by setting the group of the pixels of an electronic image corresponding to the pen touch of painting. SOLUTION: The pixels are grouped by dividing area from an inputted electronic image 5 and the dividing result 6 of area-dividing the electronic image 5, and a group feature is calculated with a group feature calculation part 1 by each group and stored in a group feature storing part 2. Then the group feature is processed by a group feature processing part 3 while referring to the features of the groups surrounding the group to constitute new pixels from the processed group feature by an image constituting part 4. |
