摘要

Production of a composite sandwich structure panel with open celled core (18) and resin impregnated fibre skin (20) consists of: (a) placing the core (18), a non-cured adhesive film (24), a sealed membrane (22) and dry fibre (20) in that order into the mould; (b) closing the mould and curing the adhesive to stick the membrane (22) to the core open cells; (c) injecting a resin into the mould to impregnate the fibres; (d) curing the resin in the mould to form the skin then demoulding the panel.
