PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To press disks adhered with an adhesive by quartz's dead weight and to prevent thermal deformation by irradiation with UV rays by holding the adhered disks with a quartz base and a quartz cap and irradiating the disks with the UV rays in this state. SOLUTION: The adhered disks DS3 are held between the quartz base 10 and the quartz cap 20 by using the weight member W1 . The liquid adhesive cured when the adhered disks DS3 are irradiated with the UV rays in the state of holding the disks between the quartz base 10 of the weight member W1 and the quartz cap 20. In such a case, the thermal deformation of the adhered disks DS3 is prevented by the dead weight of the quartz cap 20. |
