PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the troublesome mounting process of conventional BGA type board by utilizing an interconnecting board in the connection. SOLUTION: An easily deformable soft metal body 6 is passed through a through hole made through an interconnecting board body 1 and solder layers 8a, 8b are formed at the upper and lower end parts of the soft metal body 6 thus producing an interconnecting board 10. A soft metal piece mounted on the end part of the through hole is thermally fused and injected into the through hole thus providing the soft metal body 6. The soft metal body 6 is sandwiched by transfer jigs having holes filled with solder paste which is then fused to transfer the solder on the soft metal body 6. A structure 50 comprising a board, the interconnecting board 10 and a fixing board 20 can be formed easily by stacking the interconnecting board 10 and an LGA board (fixing board) 20 on a printed board 40 and then heating the stack.
