MUTUAL SYNCHRONIZING METHOD/DEVICE BETWEEN PRIVATE LINE TERMINAL EQUIPMENTS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide mutual synchronizing method/device between private line terminal equipments for discriminating user data and terminal control information, which are mixed and transmitted through the use of the same private line, and for securely receiving user data even if a synchronous pattern for mutual synchronism is strictly detected. SOLUTION: Mutual synchronizing devices 1a and 1b to which the terminal equipments 2a and 2b are connected are oppositely arranged by sandwiching the private line LC. When terminal control information is communicated from the terminal equipment 2a to the terminal equipment 2b, a PN pattern is transmitted from the mutual synchronizing device 1a by using a synchronous pattern generation part 9a for mutual synchronism. A buffer part 12b constituted of FIFO buffers received data from a mutual synchronizing device 1a-side and a synchronous pattern detection part 10b detects the PN pattern and interrupts a control part 3b. The control part 3b gives an indication to the buffer part 12, clears the PN pattern contained in the buffer part 12b and prevents the PN pattern from being transmitted to a data reception part 6b.
