<p>The thigh piece (10) comprises a pair of thigh-enclosing elements (12, 14) coupled with a belt (16) by means of a linking strap (20) passing through a maintaining ring (22). The latter further comprises means for adjusting the height of the linking belt position to adjust the thigh-enclosing module (23) with respect to the belt (16) according to the distance between the user's crutch and his waist. The height adjusting means are advantageously formed by at least an intermediate side (28) internally subdividing the ring with superimposed holes provided at different levels for positioning.</p> |
