The control lever (12) on the shutter (11) swings it between the horizontal and vertical positions. A connecting rod (13) is coupled to the lever free end. A bar (14,15) pivots at one end in a fixed bearing (150), and works at the other end in a slide (17) driven to and fro. The rod free end is coupled to the bar close to the latter's fixed bearing, and the two can be in the plane of the shutter. The free bar end can work between rollers forming the guide on the slide, which can be fixed to an endless chain or rope (18) running round two pulleys (18,20).
