Heating oil is conveyed from a storage container to the burner of a combustion chamber by means of an oil pressure pump. Between the oil inflow pipe and a oil burner connection is a housing (5) containing a pivot mounted impeller wheel (3) fitted with blades (4) with holes (4a). Baffle plates (5a) are fixed in the air gap (5b) between the housing and the impeller wheel. The holes are staggered in height in relation to the adjacent blades. The housing with the electric motor (1) forms a separate unit.
