<p>A shoe (20) and grinding plate (25) which allows people to experience and enjoy the activity of grinding without wheels or wheeled vehicles. The grinding plate of the present invention is intended to be attached to the side of a grinding shoe. The grinding plate can be attached to either the medial or lateral side of the shoe, or both medial and lateral sides. The grinding plate is curved to have a substantially U-shape and runs across the bottom of the shoe from the medial to the lateral side of the shoe.</p> |
