The drive device has a motor with a motor shaft (9) and a pump (2). The pump has pump elements (20,36) driven by the drive shaft (9). The pump has a pump cover and a pump carrier (3). The latter is arranged between the motor and the pump. The pump cover is formed by the pump carrier (3) through which the motor shaft (9) passes. Preferably the motor shaft (9) directly drives the pump (2). The pump elements (20,36) may lie on a sickle disk (30). The pump (2) may be a toothed wheel pump. The pump elements may be a small wheel (2) and a hollow wheel (36) fixed to the motor shaft (9).
