<p>The detector (25) comprises a body (26, 27) defining a chamber (28), means (32) for linking the body (26, 27) of the detector (25) with an element of an industrial installation, so as to connect the detector (25) chamber (28) with the internal space of the installation element and means for detecting (29, 37, 30b) a liquid overflow in the detector (25) chamber (28). Preferably, the detecting means consist of a float (29) integral with a permanent magnet (37) and an electric switch (30b) sensitive to the permanent magnet (37) magnetic field. The detector body (26, 27) can be fixed in particular on the nozzle of a conduit for instruments of a nuclear reactor cooled by water under pressure, to detect a leakage of the cooling water in the conduit.</p> |
