Oxygen sensor heater regulation unit for aircraft engine

The heater regulation device, for an oxygen sensor, has an oxygen sensor (26) with a sensor element (34) which yields the oxygen concentration in the fluid flow. This has a heater (33) for warming the sensor element. The impedance of the sensor element (34) is received by a holding device. A heater regulation device (105), which is based on a negative feedback circuit, maintains the impedance of the sensor (33) at a nominal value by regulation of the energy supplied to the heater element. A further device detects any variation of the sensor (33) which leads to an increase of its internal impedance, and this is coupled with a device that modifies the nominal impedance value maintained by the feedback circuit.
