PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently exterminate insect pests attached to a plant without the need of using any agrochemical. SOLUTION: The concentration of a treatment solution in a tank is regulated, in advance, so as to afford the solution and the cell sap of a plant to be treated with a nearly equal osmotic pressure. The plant with attached insect pests is immersed in the treatment solution for a time needed to exterminate the insect pests, and the resultant plant is then taken out of the solution. |
