PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly dynamic piezoelectric drive which can be used for any required resonance frequency, positioning time, operating speed or acceleration of a piezoelectric drive system. SOLUTION: This drive, which attains the magnitude of prescribed movement and markedly high resonance frequency, while attaining prescribed driving force, involves at least two piezo-electric double stack drives. The first end surface of each stack of a double stack is carried by a rigid mount 4, and the second opposite surface works upon operating base points A, B at an even distance from the rotating shaft C of a toggle lever shaft through a link 3, respectively. There is provided a means for applying a voltage to the piezoelectric stack, so that the stack facing opposite the respective double stack drives face at a push-pull mode. |
