PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the efficiency of a conference by displaying a picture drawn by a light emitting pen on a large display consisting of the arrays of light emitting elements and light receiving elements. SOLUTION: The light emitting elements 101 to 103 respectively light-emitting red, green and blue are arrayed on the large display 100 and continue emitting light with a set light quantity to operate as light emitting pixels. The light receiving elements 104 to 106 consisting of CCD, etc., and respectively detecting the light of red, green and blue are generated on the same semiconductor as the light emitting elements 101 to 103 by the same semiconductor process and many these elements are connected to form the large display 100. At the time of entering a desired character, a picture, etc., on the large display 100 with the light emitting pen 302 flickering in a prescribed frequency, a system controller 301 recognizes information at the entering position through the light receiving elements 104 to 106 and turns on the light emitting elements 101 to 103 to form the picture.
