The apparatus for dehydrating products comprises a tunnel drier (1) provided, at one of its ends, with fixtures (5) for introducing the products to be dried and, at its other end, fixtures for delivering (6) the said dried products, the said tunnel having means (7-8) for circulating hot air internally and continuously. The tunnel (1) has internal means (9-10) for granulating the products as they move along inside the said tunnel in combination with the hot air.
