Gas concrete lime production from bricks or rubble

A gas concrete lime production process involves subjecting gas concrete residues or bricks to crushing, optional grinding and separation, in a sieving and/or suction unit, of any coarse constituents (especially quartz sand) from the dust-like lime and quartz constituents. Also claimed is a similar process for producing a gas concrete and soil mixture, in which crushing is ended at a maximum particle size depending on subsequent use requirements and this crushed product is mixed with soil in the desired ratio. Further claimed are (i) a gas concrete lime consisting of crushed gas concrete brick residues containing 80-90% lime of 1-3 mm particle size and 5-15% quartz sand or dust of up to 3 mm particle size; (ii) a gas concrete and soil mixture consisting of crushed gas concrete brick residues and soil; and (iii) a gas concrete lime and fertiliser mixture consisting of the above gas concrete lime (i) and inorganic fertilisers conventionally used in agriculture.
