The subscriber circuit includes subscriber connector lines which represent the connection from the subscriber to the telecommunication system end in the circuit. The connection lines are connected to the circuit via coupling arrangements. Preferably, the coupling arrangement may include a test circuit for each subscriber circuit. The test circuit serves as a first coupling stage and is arranged completely in the subscriber circuit.
