<p>A container made of cardboard is provided with double-walled sides and a single-walled bottom portion (24). A combined bottom - bracing and bottom - closing means (25) can brace the bottom portion (24) and opposite sides (11, 14) of the container in a direction across a central plane through bottom folding line (16) of the bottom portion (24). The means (25) comprises a first, permanent bracing section (25b), which is rigidly fastened to the bottom portion (24) on the one side of the bottom folding line (16), and a second readjustable bracing section (25c), which projects freely outwards past the bottom folding line (16). The means (25) has a length dimension across the bottom folding line (16) corresponding to the breadth of the ready-for-use container in a direction across the bottom folding line (16).</p> |
