PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve S/N of collected ultrasonic image signals and to display the cross section image of a detected inside body part and ultrasonic images of the normal and abnormal tissue of a needled part simultaneously on a display. SOLUTION: A specifically invented needle like probe 39 is used. Installed in an image conducting part 40 at a side of the searcher feeler 39 is a driving circuit 52 for a driving mechanism 22, which rotates and drives an inside needle 2 of the searcher feeler 39 around and long its axis. To install an integrating circuit 50 which integrates collected ultrasonic image signals synchronizing with the inside needle 2 driven and to install a controlling circuit part 54, which controls the driving circuit 52 and the integrating circuit 50. It is possible by these installations to beam and receive ultrasonic signals and to integrate a certain number of rounds of received signals and, even when the reflecting ratio of a signal is small, to gain an effectively strong receiving signal. Also, a monitor 38 is able to display simultaneously a cross section image of an inside body part detected and an ultrasonic image of the normal and abnormal tissue of a part needled. |
