PENETRATING FLUORESCENT INK AND PRINT PRODUCED BY USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a penetrating fluorescent ink used to give prints prevented from undergoing injustice and having the advantages (e.g. quick drying properties) of an ultraviolet-curing ink and prints produced by using the same. SOLUTION: Character, figure of like information 2 to be prevented from undergoing injustice such as falcication are printed on paper 1 by using a penetrating fluorescent ink dispersed in a vehicle containing at least an ultraviolet- curing resin component and a bleed accelerating solution. As a result, the fluorescent dye bleeds around the character figure or like information 2. Therefore, they can be prevented from undergoing injustice such as falcification.
